Developing Leaders: The Program for High Potential Business Leaders
Everybody seems to be talking about leadership today. It is becoming evident that a lack of leadership and true leaders is limiting corporate growth and profitability in many countries around the globe.
But often courses focused at improving leadership skills, behaviours and competencies fail to produce the desired effect. Better results are achieved by focusing not so much on what our leaders should do (skills) and how (behaviours). Rather, we must shift the focus towards:

why leaders behave the way they do (their underlying values, beliefs, needs and drivers); |

who they are becoming as leaders (their identity and destiny, their authority and presence); |

Based on this understanding of leadership development, the Living Water Institute provides the Developing Leaders program, focused at high potential candidates and current business leaders being prepared for senior leadership positions. The course is designed to run over an eight month period and includes the following key components, to ensure that the learning transfer and the business benefits are maximized:

three intensive course modules of two days’ duration focusing on self awareness as a leader, interacting as a leader, and leading in complex business constellations; |

extensive use of leadership assessment and feedback instruments; |

small group work, focusing on participants’ real life leadership issues and experiences; |
|
|
|
|

|
twenty hours of individual coaching to transfer learning and anchor the participants’ leadership identity in their business reality. |
Developing Leaders helps companies create leaders for today and tomorrow by assisting in the change of mindsets and behaviours necessary to develop and implement business strategies successfully.
